Our secure online system allows you a 24/7 access to place your order directly on this site. Order from individual product pages or use our Quick Order page for a faster check out! If you experience difficulties processing your order, please call T-Tech client services or send us an e-mail request. We have regular working hours of 9am-5pm EST on weekdays, except for official statutory holidays in Ontario.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards via PayPal processing system, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Discover cards can only be processed via the PayPal checkout. This method of payment does not require a PayPal account.
American Express payments will be charged in Canadian Dollars due to regulations of AE for Canadian vendors.
PayPal is one of the most secure and recommended systems for payment processing. If you want to set up an account, please follow this link (Pay Pal) for a quick set-up!
If you are experiencing any troubles checking out with a credit card, please process your payment via the PayPal checkout. This method of payment does not require a PayPal account.
Money Order is available internationally via PayPal Money Request. This method of payment is not Cash-On-Delivery. All purchases through this option will only ship after the payment is fully processed.
T-Tech now offers you a choice of CAD or USD purchases. Our website automatically reflects prices in USD for users outside of Canada, but we leave it up to you to choose your preferred currency and method of payment! The tax will be added automatically for Canadian customers based on their payment information.
Shipping
T-Tech shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package and destination. Final price will be available at the checkout before order confirmation.
We offer free shipping on all Canadian provincial orders over $200 CAD excluding territories, and all American mainland orders over $200 USD. Order must total to $200 CAD/USD after any promotions. Excluding P.O boxes as well. All other countries do not apply for free shipping.
T-Tech reserves the right to ship your order with a different provider in order to ensure that the package arrives to you within your chosen period of time. We only ship with internationally recognized companies – UPS, DHL, Canada Post and FedEx and will always issue your tracking number on all available options.
Worldwide Delivery – We use UPS, DHL, Canada Post and FedEx for all packages.
Domestic Delivery – We ship most orders via UPS courier service and Canada Post. Your order will usually arrive within 1-5 business days after shipping.
International Delivery – We use UPS, DHL, Canada Post and FedEx for international orders. Your order will usually arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
Please note: shipments to PO Boxes, APO addresses, and the following countries are delivered only via Canada Post:

- Greece
- Guam
- Japan
- Mexico
- Russia
All orders shipped within Canada are subject to Regional taxes added at the checkout. All international orders are subject to customs, tariffs, and additional taxes upon delivery.
Please note: For old customers relying on the COD method of payment, regular additional charges apply. For COD services, UPS charges an extra $10CAD across Canada and $12USD in the United States upon delivery. T-Tech Tattoo Device Inc. no longer accepts new COD customers.
T-Tech strives to process orders as quickly as possible, within 1-2 business days. Orders received before 2:30 pm EST regularly ship out the same day. Orders received past 2:30 pm EST will usually ship out the following business day.
For a safe and timely delivery, make sure to update your address and contact information in your customer profile and check it before proceeding to checkout.

Canada Post USA ONLY: delivers 3-5 business days to main cities via USPS only to USPS deliverable addresses.
*DHL now offers On Demand Delivery (ODD) to all of our clients. When applicable, this service includes SMS status notifications and capability of changing your delivery options, such as time and address at no extra cost.
Please allow extra 1-5 business days for delivery to remote areas with all of the above providers.
Please note: We only display an estimated time of delivery during your ordering process. The dates are subject to change and always allow extra time for delivery. It is good practice to check your tracking number once you receive a shipment confirmation for an updated date of delivery. T-Tech is not responsible if your order delivery date or time is changed by the courier once it leaves our premises.
Yes but we recommend shipping all orders to your store to avoid leaving deliveries unattended. T-Tech is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to a residential address.
Yes, you can select pick up in store at checkout and the items will be available same day if the order is placed in the morning or at most next day if placed within business hours. You’ll receive an email from us when your order is ready so no need to contact us.
We are also available for drop ins where you can pick out your supplies in store as well. We are open 9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, Monday – Friday excluding holidays.

Refunds, returns and exchanges
As a tattoo supply shop, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and stand by the quality of our products. Our refund and exchange policy is designed to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Here are the key points of our policy:
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a full refund or a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and provide details and images showing the issue.
Unsatisfactory Items: If you’re unsatisfied with the product for any reason (excluding used or opened items for hygiene reasons), you may return it within 30 days of product(s) arrival. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. A refund will be issued, excluding shipping costs.

Yes, here are the key points of our policy:
Incorrect Product or Size: If you received an incorrect product or size, we’ll gladly exchange it for the correct item. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we will arrange for the exchange.
Product Exchange: Unused and unopened items can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving the item The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Additional shipping fees may apply.
There is also an option for credits to be used on your next order to avoid paying another shipping fee. Please contact us at support@ttechtattoo.com for any exchange inquiries.

Once items are inspected and approved to be unopened and unused you should receive your refund on your original payment method in 3-5 business days. We will contact you if your items appear to be open and/or used.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Yes, you may return your items in store within 30 days from delivery date or purchase date if obtained in store. To return items they must be unused and unopened. Please contact us at support@ttechtattoo.com for refund inquiries.
Unfortunately, once your points are used they are non-refundable.
Distribution/Sponsorship Information
Yes, you can check them out on our distributors page. These distributors are from a variety of locations so it’s best to check our distributor map to find the closest ones for you. If there are any distribution requests or interest in applying to become a distributor please contact us at support@ttechtattoo.com or select apply to be a distributor on the distribution page.
To become an official distributor at T-Tech you can apply by going to our distribution page and clicking apply to become a distributor. You will then be asked a variety of questions that will allow us to determine if your company is suitable and the best possible discount you can receive. Product Information
Yes. T-Tech makes grips and drive bars from stainless steel and medical grade plastic with a high melting point, adequate for an autoclave.
T-Tech advises to autoclave grips and drive bars between each client to maintain a safe and hygienic tattooing environment.
You should store your cartridges in a dry environment. Don’t use cartridges if their blister seal is broken or damaged.
Every single needle is checked by a dedicated technical specialist before approving it to the assembly room. Our cartridges are assembled in a specially built Cleanroom with ISO-8 air-purification standards. After assembly, the product is double checked to have been EO sterilized and that individual blister-packages are intact before shipping.
To pass quality control, every grip is checked for compatibility with the T-Tech needle cartridges.
As for the drive bars, the diameter of the ball-point as well as the length of the bar are measured to ensure consistency.
T-Tech uses only medical grade materials. It includes plastic and silicone parts, stainless steel Type 316 and 304, as well as thick aluminum coating for styled grips.
The number on the cartridge does not reflect the configuration. It is simply the size of the tubing that is used for manufacturing purposes only. Refer to the number on the cartridge’s packaging not on the cartridge itself to insure you are using the correct configuration. It may be hard to narrow what configuration works best for you when shading, lining, etc when just starting out. Visit our cartridges overview page to see what each configuration is best used for.

Due to government regulations in other countries we will strictly only be selling ink in the USA and Canada. Please do not try to purchase inks if you are located else where. They will be refunded and we will ship the rest of your order without the ink.
Yes! We sell ink all year round to Canada and the USA by including heat packs with the ink to create a stable temperature for them while they ship. Due to ink needing to stay above a certain temperature please be proactive when it comes to receiving your package. Do not leave it outside after delivery as the heat pack will only maintain the temperature long enough for the shipping process. We are not liable for any ink that does freeze after the ink has been delivered.
