Dear American friends,
As you may know, T-Tech has experienced several months of difficulties in finding ways to ship our product to the US. Currently, we ship across the US with a single courier – Canada Post.
It has come to our attention that the packages, which are transferred to the USPS at the border for delivery, do not reflect proper scanning procedures and may take additional time to be delivered to your specified shipping address than stated on your tracking updates.
Please note that in most cases the orders will be delivered within the specified estimated delivery time but in some cases, they may take additional 5-10 business days delivery time on top of the estimation. We advise all of our customers in America to take this into consideration before ordering and to place your orders ahead of time as to not be left stranded without working materials.
We are tirelessly working towards finding new and better ways of delivering our products and will be updating our shipping options as they become available to us.
